These Terms of Service govern your use of Scalioz Tools (tools.scalioz.com), operated by Seociate Digital Business Solutions, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. GSTIN: 33ADHPI5516R1Z7. Contact: info.seociate@gmail.com.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Scalioz Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Services
Scalioz provides digital business tools and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products with license-based access for clinics, real estate firms, construction companies, and education institutes.
3. License Grant
Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tool for a single business or domain. Licenses cannot be resold, shared, or sublicensed.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed via Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to 18% GST. Subscription plans (monthly/yearly) auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
5. Subscription & Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No mid-cycle refunds are provided. Yearly subscriptions follow the refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All tools, software, designs, content, and intellectual property on Scalioz Tools are owned by Seociate Digital Business Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without written consent.
All tools, calculators, dashboards and their underlying logic are proprietary to Scalioz (Seociate Digital Business Solutions). Reverse engineering, copying or redistributing any tool — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action under the Indian Copyright Act 1957 and Information Technology Act 2000.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not (a) resell or redistribute the tools, (b) reverse engineer or decompile any software, (c) share license keys with third parties, (d) use the tools for illegal purposes, or (e) attempt to bypass payment or licensing systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
Scalioz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the tools. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
